Hi! My name is Tally Rivera, and my goal is to help families achieve their homeownership dreams. I’m a dynamic leader with more than 25 years of experience in banking and more than a decade in mortgage lending. As a Senior Community Home Loan Originator at Commerce Bank, I help clients achieve homeownership while leading impactful outreach initiatives that bridge financial services with the Hispanic community.

My work aligns closely with the Community Reinvestment Act, as I partner with local organizations to expand access to financial education, resources and opportunities for underserved families. I’m passionate about mentoring youth to inspire the next generation through education, leadership and community engagement.

I’m currently serving as the incoming founding vice president of the Kansas City Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, or NAHREP, where I’m advocating for homeownership growth and professional development within the Hispanic community. I’m also actively involved in several committees with the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and serve on the boards of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City and the Northeast Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I work closely with organizations such as Guadalupe Centers, Mattie Rhodes Center, Community Housing of Wyandotte County, El Centro Inc., Westside Housing and more to promote financial literacy and support for underserved families.

I also serve as Treasurer for Café con Empresarias Latinas, an initiative of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City. I help organize monthly events that bring together over 150 Spanish-speaking female entrepreneurs and professionals, providing education, resources and networking opportunities to help women thrive in business and beyond.

Grounded in my family, culture and community, I remain committed to expanding financial inclusion, supporting youth and empowering entrepreneurs, which has made me a trusted leader and advocate in both the financial and community development sectors.
